Lesson Swap Procedure: Complete the following no later than the week prior to the lesson you need to reschedule:
1) Using the schedule above, find several alternate lesson times that will work with your schedule. Note: There are 2 studio locations: Hoover, IPC.
2) E-mail the studio with the days/times/and student names with whom you would like to try and swap.
3) The phone #'s (and parents' names where applicable) of prospective students will be e-mailed back to you. Please allow at least 1 day for this procedure as e-mail is only checked a few times each day.
4) Phone/e-mail the prospective students (parents) to see if they will be able to swap lesson times for the given week.
5) E-mail the studio a 2nd time with the adjusted schedule.

Students in Plan A and D (45-minute and 60-minute lesson) are in this color font.
Students in Plan D (30-minute lesson) are in Blue.
The schedule for August-May will remain the same throughout the school year. When possible, younger students are scheduled earlier in the day. The scheduling order is based upon length of study at McLelland Piano Studio, (factoring in start date and interview date). Those students who have studied at McLelland Piano Studio the longest, remained enrolled, followed studio policies and completed tuition payments by the due dates will receive scheduling preference.
