Welcome to Fall Quarter, 2009 Scheduling!
A snail mail packet was mailed to most students and prospective students earlier in July. (If you did not receive a packet in the mail it will be delivered at your next private lesson or you will be contacted soon if it looks like there will be room in the fall schedule). REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
1. Return the following materials NO LATER THAN July 31, 2009. (For online visitors, please note that an initial, one-time interview is first required.)
4Fall Registration-Scheduling Sheet (printed on yellow paper for snail mailout) - Due July 31 latest
4Signed Contract Agreement form (last page of 2009-2010 Studio Policies) - Due July 31 latest
4Fall Tuition Payment #1 (this is not due until August 15 -- it is possible to wait and mail this at the 
beginning of August ... late fee of $10 if received after 8/15/09)
Please make sure you return the Fall Registration-Scheduling Sheet and Signed Contract Agreement Form by July 31, 2009 at the latest to make sure you are included in Fall scheduling!
2. FALL SCHEDULING WILL BEGIN August 1 and WILL BE FINALIZED August 8-9. If the above4forms have not been received by July 31, 2009 it will be assumed that you are not planning to register for fall quarter and a student from the waiting list will fill your slot.
When possible, the earlier slots are generally reserved for younger students (as their bedtime is 7 or 8) and the later slots for older students. Priority is given to students who have studied at the studio the longest and students who are currently enrolled. Additional factors which contribute to the following scheduling order include: date of interview, tuition payment history. Please refer to studio policies for more specifics).

3. After fall scheduling has been completed (August 9 or 10), you will be contacted with your fall lesson day/time. The current lesson schedule will be posted online.
4. Fall Quarter begins August 17, 2009.
The schedule established for Fall Quarter will continue throughout the academic school year, (mid August-end of May). A different schedule is made for the summer months, June-early August. It is sometimes possible to adjust the schedule mid-year if another student is willing to swap times.
Mondays will be reserved for teaching at IPC. Tuesdays-Fridays will be reserved for Hoover studio.
