WTuition/Music Reimbursement is due in advance by the 15th of the 1st monthy of each Quarter. It is also possible to divide the Quarter tuition into 3 monthly installments (each due on or before the 15th of each month).

WMusic/Supplies Reimbursement covers all student music, supplies, incentives and awards, computer lab, music lending library, all studio special studio events (such as Spooktacular, Musicales, Spring Recital) plus entry fees to several non-studio events such as Jr. Hymn Festival, Christmas Piano-Caroling, BMTA Musical Miniatures.
WChecks may be mailed or brought to the primary studio. It is the student’s (parent’s) responsibility to mail or deliver payments.  No monthly statements will be mailed.

Late Payments:
WThere is a $10.00 late fee for all checks received after the deadline and an additional $10.00 for payments which are 2 weeks late.  If the tuition payment is late for a third week, lessons will be terminated.
WA $10 returned-check fee will be applied to any returned checks.  A subsequent $10.00 late fee may also be added if the delay extends beyond the payment deadline.

Attendance Policy
WThere are no refunds for missed lessons. No make-up lessons will be offered for non-emergency cancellations, “no shows”, or last-minute cancellations.   The scheduling is not flexible and does not allow for rescheduling other than “lesson swaps” (see below).
WThe studio calendar has a built-in allowance for sick leave with the bonus catch-up weeks.  At the teacher’s discretion and with advanced notification, missed lessons due to severe illness, inclement weather, death in the family, traffic emergencies (e.g. car breaks down en route to lesson), and teacher cancellation may be made-up during the bonus catch-up weeks.
WAll lessons canceled by teacher will be rescheduled or "made-up".
WPlease do NOT attend lessons when you are ill and highly contagious.
WPlease use the Swap Policy if you must miss a lesson for any reason other than illness, death in the family, or weather/traffic emergencies.  Non-emergency cancellations such as birthday parties, school trips, family vacations, baseball games etc., last-minute cancellations (without 24 hours notice), and "no shows" will necessitate charging the full lesson fee for the unused time reserved for the student.
